The change-log is used by developers, end users, clients, investors. That is why it is important to have good up-to date change log.
But, there is no good free off-the-shelf solution for managing your change log. That is why I decide to made it on my own. I was thinking It will be difficult and time consuming, but I did it in around 30 min. And this is a change log with backend admin panel, where I can add the change log items, and manage existing ones.
